Payment Terms

Products and Services bought through this website are subject to a non-refundable deposit, this will be deducted from the total price upon payment in store. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including debit/credit cards and cash. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover outstanding amounts. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 14 days of the service date.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hours notice is required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee
  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to rebook
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
